You are entirely responsible for provisioning and managing your user’s accounts and your user’s compliance with these Terms.

We may modify or change the Service at any time. No guarantees are made with respect to the Services’ quality, stability, uptime or reliability.

The Company may monitor your use of the Services to assess compliance with these Terms and the quality of operations of the Services and to make improvements to the Services.

AIMLAPI utilizes Stripe, a trusted payment processing service, as our Merchant of Record (MoR) to handle payments made through our Website. We offer a variety of billing options, including subscription-based pricing and usage-based pricing, depending on the Services or products you choose. Please review the specific billing and pricing details on our Website or during the checkout process.

  1. REFUNDS

AIMLAPI does not offer refunds for any products or services purchased through our platform. All sales are final, and once a purchase is made, it is considered non-refundable.

  1. API ACCESS AND USAGE

Access and usage of our API are subject to compliance with these Terms, including any usage limits, and restrictions specified by us. Our API must not be used for unlawful, abusive, harmful, or unauthorized purposes. Violations may result in account suspension or termination. API usage may incur fees based on the chosen plan. Users are required to take all necessary measures to safeguard and protect their API keys from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. AIMLAPI shall not be liable for any consequences resulting from the unauthorized use of API keys.

  1. API CONTENT

API users retain ownership of content they generated using our AI models via the API. We do not assume responsibility for the content generated by AI models through our Service. Users are solely responsible for the use, accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of the content they create or obtain using our AI-powered tools and services.

  1. LIMITATIONS

AIMLAPLI OÜ or its suppliers will not be held accountable for any damages that will arise with the use or inability to use the APIs on the Website, even if AIMLAPI or an authorized representative of this Website has been notified, orally or written, of the possibility of such damage. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or limitations of liability for incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.

AIMLAPI has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its Website and you agree that the Company is not responsible for the contents of any such linked website. The presence of any link does not imply endorsement by AIMLAPI of the Website. The use of any linked website is at your own risk.

If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using Service.

All provisions of Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.

Any claim related to our Service shall be governed by the laws of Estonia. You hereto agree that the court for any disputes shall be the Harju District Court (Harju Maakohus) in Estonia.
